Finance Director

Our client has been a leader in the distribution of building and construction materials in Quebec for over 50 years. They serve their customers from 4 locations in Quebec and their head office is on the south shore of Montreal.

The Director of Finance role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and have a seat at the executive committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9.
• Plan, manage and coordinate financial, accounting and payroll tasks at the corporate level.
• Produce and/or oversee the production of financial reports and financial analyses related to results (financial statements and other quarterly and annual reports in a consolidation environment.
• Develop relevant financial reports to the different departments to support decision making.
