Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for building, scaling and leading a global finance function across multiple jurisdictions.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys operating in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments and has experience across:

• PE-backed businesses
• SaaS / DaaS / Information Services
• International finance operations, ideally including the US
• FP&A, reporting and controls
• Treasury, tax and transfer pricing
• Finance transformation and systems
• Investor and board‑level reporting
