Job Description :

• Forecast financial statement and have method to solve problem if needed.
• Set up regulations about finance management, ensure it obeys the law and suites to actual company status
• Organizing to exploit potential capital sources, idle capital invested in company in order to provide abundant capital for production and sales.
• Dealing with banker for new credit facility, organizing meeting with banker and BOD.
• Coordinating with group company for reconciliation, Axapta....etc.
• Contacting ministry of planning and investment for amendment of investment license as request.
• Coordinating with Accounting and branches to ensure financial report on time.
• Conducting analysis of every existing problems and also look for or give solution and take decision as according to priority by using one of effective analysis tools
• Supervising all cash and bank transactions.
