Finance Director

Requirements:


At least 5 years of Finance Director or other experience in a senior finance executive role preferably in extractive industries; excellent knowledge of international accounting standards and Kazakh tax legislation; proficiency with Excel and accounting software are a must


ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFM and fluency in English are advantages.



Duties:



•Responsible for all accounting and tax matters of the Company



• Providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFR standards




• Maintenance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with the stakeholders’ requirements


• Provide analysis of financial statements and management reports
