Introduction

The Finance Business Partner X2– South Africa and Rest of Africa (RoA) provides regional financial oversight and business partnering support across African operations, including Guinea, DRC, Tanzania, Ghana, Namibia, and other African jurisdictions. The role focuses on delivering commercial insight, ensuring financial control, and supporting sustainable growth in complex, multi-country environments.

This role requires strong technical ability, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse regulatory, cultural, and operational contexts.
