Own and drive the financial performance of BCS, acting as the primary finance partner to Business Leaders to deliver KPIs and strategic objectives. Partner with Business Leaders to shape business objectives, strategies, and execution plans, ensuring financial alignment and value creation. Provide insight‑driven decision support, constructively challenge assumptions and commercial decisions, and influence outcomes to optimize financial results. Analyze business performance to identify key value drivers, translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, and drive continuous performance improvement. Lead financial performance reviews, align on action plans, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and rigorously track execution to ensure delivery of commitments.
