THE ROLE

The Finance Business Partner provides financial services support to the divisional entities within CFMWS. It is all about enabling your clients to make informed decisions. The main goal of a Finance Business Partner is to create an active partnership with both operations and management and provide real time financial support that has an impact.

We have Finance Business Partner roles open in both financial management, and costing/business planning. They prepare financial reports including in-year financial position reports, costing reports, and/or business plan reports. They perform variance analysis on budget vs. actual, initiating adjustments, and presenting various results to management. They develop and recommend solutions for resource funding allocation and management.
