The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing FMCG business committed to building a more sustainable and ethical food system. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you’ll partner closely with the CFO, Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing, and broader leadership team.

As the key conduit between finance and operations, you will play a critical role in driving cost performance, improving visibility, and supporting strategic decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain.

The Challenge
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and supporting the Head of Manufacturing:

• Lead the annual manufacturing and supply chain budgeting process
• Own standard costing across all SKUs, including detailed variance analysis
• Track and analyse warehouse, freight, and logistics costs (fixed and variable)
• Deliver weekly insights on cost performance, trends, and risks
