The Finance Business Partner (Manager) will act as a strategic partner to our manufacturing operations, playing a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making across the plant and supply chain.

This role leads forecasting and cost management efforts, delivers actionable financial insights, and works closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance productivity, margins, and overall financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual manufacturing forecasts
• Analyzes financial variances vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
