Finance Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join General Accounting & Reporting team, with a primary focus on Fixed asset & lease accounting processes at both GAAP (i.e. USGAAP & local GAAP). The role offers strong exposure to end-to-end fixed asset & lease accounting, internal controls, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly with business finance & controllership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform fixed assets and lease accounting activities, creation of accounting schedules, asset capitalization, retirements, performing journal entries, reconciliations & reporting, analysis, and variance explanations.
• Ensure accounting and reporting comply with company accounting policies, Accounting & Finance Manual, and SOX controls.
