Finance Associate

Driven and detail-oriented Associate / Sr. Associate to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience from an AIF Category III fund and possess strong technical capabilities across accounting, compliance, and financial operations.

• Oversee the general accounting and finance function of the AIF, ensuring accurate maintenance of books and records.
• Manage daily NAV computation, quarterly financial statements, and investor reporting with precision and timeliness.
• Reconcile trades and settlements, liaise with deal team, and ensure smooth execution and recordkeeping of all transactions.
• Ensure compliance including SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST etc.
• Support in monitoring of fund liquidity by forecasting cash flows, obligations, and maintaining adequate capital reserves.
