About this role:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager, largely across the accounts receivable and reconciliations space. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing bank reconciliations and processing journals
- Managing credit cards, reimbursements and overseas payments
- Supporting IRD returns and related compliance tasks
- Assisting with accounts receivable invoicing and customer account queries
- Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
- Providing general finance and administrative support across the team
