Due to our continued growth Mechanica Utilities Ltd are pleased to advertise this exciting opportunity as a Finance Assistant, working from our Dover HQ.
This is a key role responsible for assisting the Finance Manager and Head of Finance in all aspects of our financial management and reporting.
Location: Dover, Kent (HQ-based)
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
These will include but are not limited to the following:
Inputting data and information into the company’s job costing and accounting software. Which includes:
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes within job costing system and on accounts software
- Raising customer invoices and credit notes within job costing system and on accounts software
- Entering timesheet hours on to job costing system and payroll sheet (when required / cover for HR Assistant)
