The Role – Finance Department Assistant:Processing incoming emails and posts, including downloading and checking PDF invoices Checking purchase invoices for accuracy, including PO numbers and VAT validation Uploading invoices into approval workflows and forwarding to budget holders Inputting approved invoices into internal systems Producing weekly payment runs Carrying out bank reconciliations Assisting with accruals and pr...
