Finance and Business Support Lead

OUR CLIENT Based in the Arundel area, our client is a specialist in technical safety and engineering services to a niche industry. While the business is highly successful in its field, the internal finance and admin processes are currently quite manual. They are looking for a finance professional who understands technical workflows and can help modernise the way the back office operates.

YOUR ROLE As the Finance & Business Support Lead, you will take ownership of the finance function and the data that drives it. This isn't a role for a data-entry clerk; it requires someone who can look at manual financial processes and find a faster, smarter way to get the job done. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the books are accurate and the month-end reporting is ready for timely  review without the need for constant supervision.
