Job Description

•Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, task allocation, training, and performance feedback to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all financial activities.
• Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, account reconciliations, inventory closing, WIP cost allocation, and ERP system controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Review and control all accounting transactions, including banking, AR/AP, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, prepaid expenses, employee benefits, netting, disposal reports, and consumables/tolling records.
