Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and code invoices accurately

• Process Accounts Payable uploads and submit for approval

• Check invoice status within the accounting system

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

• Monitor and manage shared/generic email inbox

• Respond to client and vendor inquiries in a timely manner

Required Software Skills

• JD Edwards (JDE)

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Outlook (email)

• Basic computer proficiency
