We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Analyst to join our team, supporting credit card reconciliation and Property Management System (PMS) processes across our Hotel operations. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in payments, systems, and financial controls within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

**Here's what you'll do during a typical day:**
Perform daily **credit card reconciliation and balancing** across PMS and payment platforms (e.g., Adyen)
Investigate and resolve **transaction discrepancies and variances**
Support Front Office teams with **PMS (OnQ) & (PEP) and payment-related queries**
Deliver **training and guidance** to improve system knowledge and process adherence
