Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Period-end Closing: Data Review and Consolidation

• Manufacturing (MFC), Logistics (LOG), Sales and Admin (SGA), FTE and cost (OSL, OT%), Production output, inventory related such as usage variance, inventory provisioning), fuel prices

• Generate daily expense transactions (MFC, SGA, LOG) during closing periods (M+1 to M+4, M+6).

• Ensure accurate mapping of expenses to proper ledger accounts

• Identify reclassification requirements and coordinate with relevant teams

• Review expenses, including accrual reversals vs. actuals, and ensure appropriate re-accruals.

• Reconcile SG&A data across JDE, BPC, and FAH systems, ensuring no material variances

• Perform analyses on shrink, usage (formula vs. actual) variance, inventory provisions

• Validate completeness of accruals and perform high-level trend analysis.
