**Main responsibilities:**

+ Partner directly with the Executive Finance Director, providing analytical, reporting, and decision-support across the global Clinical Segment, while collaborating closely with both local site leadership and global management teams.
+ Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Smartsheets, Excel, and other business intelligence tools, providing clear visibility into segment performance, key financial metrics, operational KPIs, and business trends.
