Acuren is currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting our finance function while gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting and administrative activities.

Payroll

• Receive daily time sheets submitted by site, technicians or supervisors
• Enter time sheets into system (payroll & invoicing) on a daily basis in accordance with system entry periods
• Perform weekly first payroll check for all time sheets
• Export system data for the last current pay period for all sites
