Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)

We are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator for our client based in Estevan. This is a newly created position, offering an excellent chance to join a growing team and contribute to the development of strong financial processes and reporting.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Controller and play a key role in supporting full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and overall administrative functions within the department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Perform full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping
• Complete monthly reporting, analysis, and accruals
• Support year-end preparation and reporting processes
