Finance Administrator - Cranleigh - £14.55PH-£16.11PH DOE | Part time hours - 20 per week - On site - Temporary role to start 23/6/26 for approximately 2 months
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Administrator to join a friendly and growing organisation based in Cranleigh who are currently juggling a busy workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role. Reporting into the Finance Team, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices and obtaining appropriate approvals
Raising and issuing customer fee invoices
Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
Managing purchase orders across phone, email and online systems
Taking delivery of goods, checking against orders and coordinating distribution
