Final Controller

• Conduct road test drive for vehicle in order to assess and verify the complaint of the customer. Provide initial feedback on the status and condition of the vehicle. Conduct a final road test to ensure that all the complaints are resolve and communicate them to the team leader or service advisor before handover. Communicate any additional faults or repair requirement to the customer after the final test drive to facilitate approval for further repair as needed.

• Initial Inspection: Conduct test drive of the vehicle along with the customer’s representative to verify the complaint. Identify the complaint as advised by the service advisor and note other defects observed during the road test. Prepare a report of the findings and communicate details to the team leader to facilitate repair as needed.
