Final Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsible to the General Supervisor of Final Assembly Manufacturing for managing material, human, technical, systematic, and administrative resources to meet production schedules.
**My Role**:
- Meet the production target.
- Meet labor efficiency targets in the area.
- Improve quality.
- Comply with OSAS Quality Systems.
- Maintain a CLEAN, SAFE, and ORGANIZED work environment.
- Monitor the quality system.
- Promote Safety and Environmental practices.
- Comply with EOS, BSI, and ISO ***** procedures.
- Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Meet SCRAP reduction targets.
- Develop ECIP cost reduction projects.
**My Background**:
- Industrial Engineer or related degree
- Language: Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Personnel management
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
