FIFO Site Human Resources Advisor

About the Role:

This role will form part of our HR Department on site working back-to-back with colleague across several project sites.

• Provide end-to-end HR support to site management and employees across multiple FIFO projects

• Manage high-volume ER/IR casework, including grievances, complaints, investigations, performance management, and probation processes

• Conduct workplace investigations in line with Eastern Guruma procedures, including interviewing witnesses, drafting allegations, and preparing detailed investigation reports

• Maintain accurate ER/IR case trackers and documentation (records of conversation, warnings, PIPs, outcomes)

• Support and educate leaders to prepare compliant HR and ER/IR documentation

• Deliver ER/IR training and education to site leadership through pre-starts, toolbox talks, and structured sessions
