The Person 
Prior experience in Safety Advisory positions, having held responsibility for delivering overall HSEQ support

Strong and decisive safety leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders

Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, effectively bringing people along the site safety journey

Highly developed skills in communication, presentations and reporting

Certificate IV in WH&S

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)
