Field Trainer - Niche Brands

The Opportunity

Join Puig as a Field Trainer – Niche Brands in Saudi Arabia to support in delivering high-quality training and field coaching across our luxury Niche brands, including Penhaligon’s, Byredo and L’Artisan Parfumeur. In this role, you will help develop the skills and knowledge of our Brand Ambassadors through engaging training sessions, in-store coaching, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our retail teams provide an exceptional customer experience.

You will also support brand activations in educating customers, including masterclasses, PR events, and VIP client sessions.
