FIELD TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for repair, service, maintenance and diagnosis of photocopy machines.

Attend to customer’s service calls.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check-up for customer’s machines.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with photocopiers of at least 2 years and above.
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or certificate in engineering (electrical/electronic), engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.
• Able to manage a team, mature, can work under pressure, can handle and solve new challenges.
• Able to deliver, design, organize, systematic, do suggestions & implement SOP’s and improvement in various service/technical aspects.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
