Field Technician- Nespresso

The Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support for Nespresso machines, including installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The role ensures that all machines are operating efficiently while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction



QUALIFICATIONS:



1. At least a college or vocational level

2. With an NC 2 Certificate in Electrical or Electronics would be an advantage

3. At least 1-2 years of experience

4. Must be flexible and willing to do field work.

5. With a driver's license



RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Install Nespresso coffee machines at client locations.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.

3. Stay updated on new Nespresso products and technologies to provide accurate information.

4. Complete service reports and document any recommendations for improvement.
