**Job Title: Field Technician**

**Job Description**

The Field Technician supports nationwide, short-term projects lasting 1 to 4 weeks, installing and applying abrasion-resistant products and industrial wear solutions at customer sites across a variety of power, construction, manufacturing, and industrial facilities. This role uses company-provided power tools and hand tools, works closely with a small team, and requires frequent travel and a strong willingness to learn, work extended hours, and adapt to changing job sites and conditions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Travel across the country by plane and truck to complete 1–4 week field projects at customer sites.
+ Install and apply various abrasion-resistant products and industrial wear solutions to client equipment and structures.
+ Use a wide range of hand tools and power tools provided by the company to perform mechanical and installation tasks safely and efficiently.
