Position Overview: The Team Leader directs and coordinates the activity of a group of field service employees to accomplish assigned tasks. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the field services management in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the organization. This includes but is not limited to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, On-time completion and employee morale. 
Essential Job Functions:
As a working member of the team, leads a group of field service employees in accomplishing assigned tasks to meet production needs. Approximately 50% of time will be dedicated to direct production and 50% of time dedicated to problem solving, training and other team management activities.
Ensures safe, efficient, cost effective and environmentally appropriate operation of their area of responsibility
