Field Support Representative Diagnostics, Ottawa, ON

​Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers working as a Field Support Representative (FSR) for Diagnostics, will work collaboratively with an internal team to develop strategies and maintain your customer accounts through education and other customer-centric solutions. No two days are the same, and you’ll spend your time in the field building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customer success.

This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing role where you will visit customers daily, adjust your schedule as needed to support customer events, and occasionally accommodate visits to emergency practices.
