Field Support & Logistics Specialist

Job Overview

In line with FTAI Aviation policy, guidelines and agreed service level agreement(s), this job provides excellent customer support by acting as a Supply Chain Representative supporting the various Customer & Engine Managers, FTAI-owned Maintenance Facilities and third parties (repair stations and/or direct customers) to ensure efficient inbound and outbound material and component flow for timely completion of maintenance and field support for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact to secure timely and satisfactory achievement of material and component fulfillment requirements covering a wide variety of FTAI Aviation's maintenance support services.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and operational teams to build strong relationships and generate opportunities where possible.
