**Job Title: Field Supervisor**

**Job Description**

The Field Supervisor will oversee projects lasting from 1-2 weeks, with occasional projects extending up to 4 weeks. This role involves managing a team of 4-6 field technicians, depending on project size, at various industrial locations such as cement plants, baghouses, manufacturing plants, and food plants. The supervisor will be responsible for installing Ceramic adhesives and Densit wear protection concepts. Travel will be coast to coast.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and manage field projects lasting from 1-4 weeks.
+ Supervise a team of 4-6 field technicians.
+ Install Ceramic adhesives and Densit wear protection concepts.
+ Interact with clients and customers, providing solutions and problem-solving.
+ Hands-on participation in field work while supervising the team.
