Field Supervisor, ALS - Full Time - Days - Mobile Health

+ Provides support and feedback to staff in order to coordinate daily activities and responsibilities. The ALS Supervisor will serve as a role model and facilitator in the department.

+ Serves as a resource for ground/building maintenance at assigned rate.

+ Responsible to maintain resource guide, orientation guide, and communication boards at assigned site.

+ Will assist with quality structured feedback for all AAC providers in conjunction with the MICU Leadership.

+ Maintains effective communication within the assigned sites and from the organization utilizing daily conference calls, postings, and direct employee feedback.

+ Serves as the liaison from the Mobile ICU to Atlantic Mobile Health departments and to outside agencies.

+ Assist with continuous quality improvement activities across the division in conjunction with the MICU Clinical Coordinator.
