Field Superintendent - Instrumentation & Controls

The Instrumentation and Controls Field Superintendent (I&C) will play a pivotal role in driving the completion of a semiconductor construction project by leading the team through layout, planning, and execution of their assigned project scope. As a member of the Construction Management team, the I&C Superintendent will be situated in the field and report directly to the Project Superintendent. They will collaborate closely with other Hoffman project team members and subcontractors, providing direction and guidance to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining excellence in safety and demonstrating the highest level of integrity. As leaders dedicated to doing what is right, Field Superintendents will partner with internal and external teams and stakeholders to execute Hoffman Construction’s iconic projects. This position is fully onsite at our project location in Boise, ID.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE + Incentives
