Field Superintendent - Heavy Civil & Mission Critical Projects Location: Texas Company: Gregory Construction Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on heavy civil and mission critical construction projects across the Southeast. This role is key to ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Gregory's high standards of quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all onsite construction activities and field personnel. Coordinate daily/weekly schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment. Partner with Project Managers to develop work plans, logistics, and safety strategies. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies.
