Field Solar Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Generate leads and sell solar solutions in assigned areas
Visit customers, assess sites, and explain solar benefits
Prepare and present proposals, close sales
Coordinate with technical and installation teams
Maintain customer records and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and establish customer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and solution demonstrations.
Knowledge of solar technology, including on-grid, hybrid, and off-grid solutions, as well as energy efficiency concepts.
Experience in market research, lead generation, and developing customer-centric proposals.
Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.
