Field Services Engineer

Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer your main functions/tasks will be:

• Responsible for on-site installation, parameter tuning, and integrated testing of automated equipment and electrical systems; establish project technical documentation to ensure compliance with delivery standards. Support project management tasks to guarantee timely and quality project acceptance.
• Execute after-sales services per contract requirements, including equipment operation & maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response, and technical guidance.
• Act as the core technical liaison among customers, partners, and internal teams; regularly communicate project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency.
• Provide product operation and maintenance training to customers; offer on-site production support when necessary.
