Field Services Engineer

This is
a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing preventive maintenance services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to service calls, conducting inspections, and delivering technical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Ability to perform equipment Preventive Maintenance and related tasks
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively assist and communicate with clients
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in equipment installation and maintenance is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
