Field Services Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support semiconductor packaging equipment at customer sites. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, on-site maintenance, and providing technical support while capturing customer feedback for product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and accept semiconductor equipment at client locations.
Diagnose faults and perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance.
Provide technical support to ensure stable long-term equipment operation.
Collect customer feedback and recommend product enhancements.
Deliver professional customer service and technical guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in semiconductor packaging processes or equipment support.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
