Field Services Engineer

Field Service Engineer (Malaysia based FSE) JD:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide NGS equipment support to customers in the region, including installation, repairing and maintence, etc.
Offer relevant skills training to distributor FSE personnel in the region, helping them in offering NGS equipment support to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues within the region, actively gather and relay customer feedback or product usage insights, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with product utilization.
Conduct regular visits to key clients in the region to foster and sustain strong customer relationships.
Provide technical advice or pre-sales support to sales colleagues, assisting in promoting business.
Required Qualifications:
Must be based in Malaysia.
Willingness to undertake overseas travel at a certain frequency.
