Job Responsibilities:

• Provide NGS equipment support to customers in the region, including installation, repairing and maintence, etc.
• Offer relevant skills training to distributor FSE personnel in the region, helping them in offering NGS equipment support to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues within the region, actively gather and relay customer feedback or product usage insights, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with product utilization.
• Conduct regular visits to key clients in the region to foster and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical advice or pre-sales support to sales colleagues, assisting in promoting business.

• Must be based in Malaysia.
