Responsibilities:

- Installation, calibration, and maintenance of Computed Radiography and Direct Radiography Devices

- Troubleshooting issues and providing prompt repairs

- Offering top-tier technical support to clients

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in a Service Engineer or similar capacity

- In-depth knowledge of X-ray, CR, and DR systems

- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills

- Proficient in documentation and reporting

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
