Field Services Engineer (Adana)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime


• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on site


• Execute troubleshooting activities on installed machinery and production lines


• Support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities when required


• Maintain close communication with customers and ensure high service quality


• Provide basic operator training and technical guidance when necessary


• Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation


• Monitor and contribute to KPIs such as technical efficiency, OTIF performance, and financial targets


• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, planning, and technical support

A successful Field Services Engineer should have:
