Field Service Technician

Job Description

The Field Service Technician will be **responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting railroad diagnostic and monitoring systems across North America.**

**What will your typical day look like?**

_Field Technician Duties and Responsibilities:_

+ Attention to detail while in the field to spot mechanical defects

+ Ability to use Electronics Test Equipment (Multimeter, RJ45 Cable Tester, Oscilloscope)

+ Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Can create instructions documentation

+ Strong customer service skills while on the phone / onsite

+ Able to use some common mechanical tools (Wrenches, drill, and heavy-duty tools)

+ Has the Ability to lift 50 lbs. in the field.

+ Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written)

+ Installation and Maintenance (Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment onsite).
