Field Service Technician

Are you a forklift / EWP Technician or plant mechanic looking to upskill?

We're seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair EWP Access Equipment. If you come from forklifts or similar equipment, full training on access equipment will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, service and repair access equipment in the field
• Prioritise on‑site repairs at customer locations
• Travel to sites as required (including occasional overnight stays)
• Complete job notes, inspection forms and admin accurately
• Liaise with technical support and follow manuals
• Conduct van audits and stock takes
• Identify service or sales leads when opportunities arise
• Maintain labour utilisation targets
• Support the branch team as required
