Field Service Technician

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician.  You will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, troubleshooting, diagnostic work, and maintenance on various aircraft ground support equipment such as aircraft wing deicing trucks, lavatory service trucks, towbarless pushback tractors, etc. This work is carried out in our shop located in McHenry IL, as well as at customer locations all over North America. There is also occasional travel required to Europe to our HQ's located in Denmark and Sweden. Once established, expect to travel between 40-50% of working time throughout the year.

Field service technicians play a crucial role in customer support- answering customer phone calls, emails, and addressing technical support tickets in our CRM system when you are not in the field.
