**Job Title:** Field Service Technician
**Location:** Katy, TX
**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant
**Hours:** M-F, 8am - 5pm
**Pay:** $25.00/hour
**Essential Functions:**
+ Provide onsite technical support for customer devices within a large facility environment.
+ Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment in accordance with customer specifications and service requirements.
+ Perform delivery and installation of printer supplies, equipment maintenance, and hardware repairs.
+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to printers, imaging products, and accessories.
+ Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
+ Act as the onsite customer representative, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
